Simon Worthington
Simon has been at the forefront of data technology and innovation for over a decade. He has held Chief Data Officer roles in both government and the private sector and has a strong track record for managing and delivering challenging data projects successfully.
He is a commercially-minded business leader, manager, mentor and advisor who knows how to get the job done and the job done well.
His past experiences include holding key roles at the Department for Business and Trade, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, BAE Systems and Expanso.
Andy Bennett
Andy is a highly skilled business leader, entrepreneur, advisor and problem solver who has supported C-suite level executives and senior leaders across a wide range of industries. He takes a practical approach to business building and understands what it takes to make a business truly successful.
He has worked in higher education, finance, government and consumer electronics including brands such as BlueBay (part of Royal Bank of Canada), Pace (now Commscope) and Skipjack, as well as numerous smaller organisations.
His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to build and shape numerous startup companies and he continues to be passionate about supporting businesses to grow from the ground up.
Alaric Snell-Pym
Alaric has over 25 years of experience working with software, technology and with technology startups and small enterprise businesses. He is an insightful business leader, manager, connector and advisor who is exceptionally good at inspiring others and getting things done.
He has held central roles in several startup businesses including Frontwire, Imagini and Rainstor as well as in larger organisations such as Teradata and in the public sector.
He is an expert in data standards and was the Primary UK Expert in ASN.1 for the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). He is also a contributor to the Portable Network Graphics group (PNG) and a member of the R7RS Working Group, standardising the Scheme programming language.
Ross Jones
Ross is a well-respected industry veteran with over 25 years experience inspiring, leading and growing teams. He is a hands-on mentor, advisor, manager and leader who knows how to get stuck in and offer meaningful impact on day one.
Ross has worked across a wide range of industries including IT, healthcare, media and government. He has held various C-level roles and worked in many different types of organisations including: Ministry of Justice UK, Government Digital Service, Laterpay (now Supertab), Expanso and Open Health Care UK.
His extensive knowledge combined with his thoughtful approach to problem-solving makes him a valuable asset to all senior teams he works with.
