We’re delighted to share that Register Dynamics has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS 7) Framework.

This is an important milestone for our team and a meaningful step forward in how we support public sector organisations to deliver high-quality digital, data and technology services.

What is DOS 7?

Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS 7) is a Crown Commercial Service framework that enables public sector organisations to procure specialist suppliers to deliver work in line with government policies, standards and best practice.

In practice, it makes it easier for public sector teams to bring in trusted support — whether that’s delivering a specific service outcome, strengthening delivery capability over time, or adding specialist expertise to an existing team.

It provides public sector organisations with a compliant, streamlined route to procurement, helping teams access trusted suppliers without lengthy tender processes.

For buyers, this means faster access to specialist capability and outcome-led delivery, while maintaining the governance, transparency and assurance expected across the public sector.

What you can procure through DOS 7

DOS 7 can be used to procure support across a wide range of digital, data and technology needs, including:

  • Delivery of discovery, alpha, beta and live services

  • Service design, user research and content design

  • Product and delivery leadership

  • Data strategy, data architecture and data governance

  • Engineering, cloud and technical delivery

  • Service improvement and modernisation support

  • Short-term specialist support to strengthen existing teams

How you can procure Register Dynamics

From Spring, Register Dynamics will be available as a named supplier under:

Lot 1 — Digital Outcomes

Delivering specific, outcome-based digital services.

This includes work such as discovery, alpha, beta and live delivery — and supporting teams to design and build services that meet user needs and government standards.

Lot 2 — Digital Capability and Delivery Partners

Delivery of long-term digital transformation.

We are part of a consortium alongside Create/Change, Servita, Scroll UK and Coefficient. Together, we bring a breadth of capability across delivery, data, service design, engineering and transformation — supporting organisations to deliver sustainable change over the long term.

Lot 3 — Digital Specialists

Providing individual digital specialists and experts to government teams.

This supports teams who need additional capability — quickly and flexibly — whether that’s delivery, data, technical, or user-centred roles.

Which lot should you use?

If you’re not sure which route is best, a simple way to think about it is:

  • Lot 1 if you need a supplier to deliver a defined piece of work or service outcome

  • Lot 2 if you need longer-term transformation support and blended capability

  • Lot 3 if you need individuals to join your team quickly and flexibly

Why this matters

Being appointed across Lots 1, 2 and 3 reflects the breadth of Register Dynamics’ capabilities across digital, data and technology, and reinforces the trust placed in us to deliver work aligned with government standards and best practice.

We’re proud to support public sector organisations as they deliver meaningful, sustainable digital change — and we’re excited to continue building partnerships with teams who are tackling complex, high-impact problems.

If you’re looking for support…

If you’re planning the creation of a new digital service, need help improving an existing one, or want to strengthen your delivery capability, we’d love to talk.

If you’re unsure which DOS 7 lot is best for your requirement, we’re also happy to help you scope the most appropriate route to market.
